Big thanks to Bob @ House of Wheels for making sure everything went smoothly.

Doh, good catch. Guess it's too late to change the title.

Thanks though!

Don't let anyone kid you. Those wheels on that car are the bomb let me tell you. And love the red Corvette insert in the back. Do they make those wheels that would fit my '05?

Before anyone goes off on me for that question I'm just saying that I thought the newer Vettes had larger wheels and tires than mine, don't really know.

Thanks all! As far as the wheels, I think they have them for '05 too.

Just keep in mind that they're replica wheels, so they aren't OEM. That's why they have them available in base c6 sizes.

I love these wheels and love the look of them on the base coupe. But I want them in 19/20 for my base coupe.

Congrats! Probably my favorite wheels for the standard Corvette, they look mean. Only thing I would do, is to powder coat the calipers red.

Default EgoTrippin, it looks goooood

Are those 19x11-18x9.5 or did you stay factory 19x10-18x8.5? and just wondering what tire sizes those are? I also have a Black C6 Coupe and am about to upgrade the wheels and tires. Ive noticed on here many guys have gone with a bigger size on base c6 with 19/11 and the 18/9.5 running 305/30/19 and 275/35/18, just wondering your opinion since you have already done it... Also did you go with +56 and +79 offeset on those rims and did Bob at House of Wheels make that recommendation? Thanks in advance and your vette is bad.

Thanks! I went with the factory sizes across the board so I could use my original tires. +56/+79.

Powdercoat for the calipers is on my to do list! (Now I just need to decide the color... decisions, decisions.)

Talking about offsets.....what is the minimum for big brakes to clear? Came this be achieved without a widebody and tires sticking out?

That I am not aware of... I've read here it's important to talk with your wheel guys on that subject... somebody here posted that CCW wheels had a lot of experience and knowledge on the brake and wheel offset for Corvettes. I'm a newbie. I just bought mine 2 weeks ago= ha
