Now where exactly are these tears happening? I've looked all over mine for evidence of tears and can't find any.
There's 2 small holes, about size of pencil, guess between the headrest and the door, in the seam. One on each side. I've got photo somewhere, once I find it, or take another, I'll post

I just love the 427 Vert. My wife likes our CRM 2013 GS coupe and told me to go by a 427 if I want. Thinking black or white. Been awhile since I drove a stick, but looking for a fun car to drive. We both like the C6 style and so many baby their cars that their are some really good ones for sale. Also like the ZR1, but living in Florida, I thing a topless is a good bet.

Found my first one as well. You'd think after 60 years of making convertible Corvettes there wouldn't be this issue.

you will not regret buying a 427, lots of good ones with low miles still around out there.
6 speed is really easy to drive, unless you spend a lot of time in stop and go traffic then it can be a pain,
enjoy

My opinion? If you wanted a C6, you should have just bought a C6. The tail lights are part of what identifies a C7 from any other year. People need to get over it.

Old flyer. Far as I know that never came to fruition, don't think there was enough interest in it at that price. The flyer appeared shortly after the production C7 was announced and was a trial balloon effort in my opinion. Notice the flyer says book now for 2014.

The new Camaro tail lights are exactly why I bought a C6. Corvettes have round tail lights and Ferraris are red.

Default mufflers

Has anyone replaced the stock mufflers with Corsa's, keeping the dual mode, and how does it sound?

Thanks!!

I took the stock mufflers off and put the Borla Atak system on. Love it.

I haven't heard any aftermarket units with the dual mode feature. I've heard my share (and owned) of aftermarket systems. Borla, Corsa, Billy Boat. In my opinion, the NPP set up sounds as good and with a mild2wild setup, affords the luxury of turning it off when you desire.
One thing I learned on my NPP was the sound takes time (miles) to improve. It also improved vastly when I added my intake. To each their own but I'm happy enough with the NPP to invest aftermarket exhaust dollars into other goodies for the Beast- like an MGW shifter 😎

Thanks, just wondering how to polish the apple on a really great car. I think the idle sound isn't worthy of what's under the hood, thinking of ways to rectify that tiny fault.

I got the Corsa Extreme at Carlisle 2 years ago, along with the carbon fiber intake. Love both, better mileage, more HP, and sounds awesome 100% of the time

I agree. I put the Borla Atak on and love it. No drone like the stock when it's open, could not here the radio. I get lots of complements everywhere I go. Well worth the money. So is the Corsa.
