Paint Issues
Can anyone explain what is going on with the paint on my hood? From what I have noticed, it is where the morning dew ends.

Yea...pic pretty bad for details but your reference to "morning dew" might be the clue. Look under hood for the hood structure and see if this dew is on the hood directly above one of the structural elements

If it's condensation, it will follow patterns in the hood/roof structure. It's normal and simply has to do with heat in and on the hood surface in those areas.
When the roof does it, it kind of looks like a house.
