Nice car!

Hopefully the previous owner just used double sided tape to put that emblem on and you can take it off an have no holes.

Just be aware though that on the real Z06, it does have holes in the fenders to mount that emblem.

It is the case that most people do not not apply badges to try and create the impression that they have an advanced model of the Corvette. To do so would be domestic rice-ish.

IMHO, I would try a hair dryer first. Heat it up and wait a few minutes then pull it off slowly. I am sure its a cheap glue on. What ahole put this on probably spent $5 for these.

I see there are screens installed on the coves. If you are able to, try to shine a flashlight through the screen to see if there are "studs" poking through the fender behind the badge. If you can't do that, try pulling back the fender liner in the wheel well to see if you can get a look that way.

If the original owner drilled holes in the fender to install those badges, removing them will result in some unsightly holes in the fender.

It may prove best to leave well enough alone if the former owner modified the fender to Z06 standard – mimicking holes to receive the emblems, with any luck it was on the cheap with the emblem backing ground to a flat finish thereby qualifying for a scar-free reversal. G/L.
