Ok, I installed this L.E.D. Kit (http://www.corvettemods.com/C6-CORVE...IT_p_4983.html). The problem I am having is that the mirror led's dont completely turn off. They stay ever so slighly lit eventhough I turn off the interior lights. I installed one regular buld on one side and led on the other. The bulb would turn off and the led would stay on extremely slighly on. Is this normal. Thank u for the help. I tried all leds from the kit.
it happens to many of us, mine do it a lot, but not all the time now. It does NOT use any battery while the car is off when it is dim like that. Let me correct that, it uses so little power that it will never cause a problem. I found that out from others on the forum cause i was worried when i first put them in. The proof for me is that i always have a ctek 3300 maintainer on the battery and when its green, it stays green 99% of the time, then occasionally will go orange to charge, but within seconds goes green again. If it was draining anything it would be orange more (charging the battery, not maintaining)

Normal. One of the electrical gurus on here can explain.
I had them in my 10 and now in my 13. They draw so little energy that it has never been an issue with battery drainage.
I spliced in a regular 194 bulb into the circuit in the passanger footwell and hide the bulb inside and out of view. This will eliminate the problem if it bothers you.

How did you do that? What wire, wiring the bulb to a socket or just solder to the bulb some how?
Very normal. Mine do the same. I have left my car parked for weeks and its always staryed right up so I wouldnt worry about battery drain or anything like that. Its more than typical of these lights to stay lit a bit while powered off.
It's normal for the LED bulbs to do that. When in a dark garage you will see map lights lightly illuminated. If you happen to have a hood light like I do on 2005 that will also be dim appearing to be on.
