Default 2012 Seat Conversion questions

Do the 2012 seats need the same aftermarket improvements as the previous gen? I am planning a 2008 to 2012 conversion and want to know if I should do the improvements to the seat and bolsters as have been done to previous gen seats?

Might as well do it all if needed while the seats are apart.

Thanks!

Depends on how tall you are.....I'm just a touch over 6 ft and the lower area of the head rest sticks out enough to hit me in my
neck very uncomfortable on long trips. Shorter people don't seem to have the same problem.

I'm looking forward to the new C7 Comp seats.....hope they can be fitted into a Centennial GS.

When I had the local interior guy do the 2012 upgrade, I did ask him to do the modifications that the Forum vendor sells on this site. I did not buy the kit (Corvette Tax) but I have no idea if he really added the extra padding and bolstering I requested
