A lady called me last night...she has an 05 convertible. Her battery is dead and she does not have a key (bought it used and did not get a key), only a FOB. My question is...does a convertible still have the emergency door release pull in the rear like a coupe?

Yes. But if the FOB won't open the door it won't open the trunk either. Without a key I don't see how she's going to open the trunk to access the emergency door release.
