This C6 Corvette center console waterfall is constructed from gel coat fiberglass, light weight and very durable. Comes with a three year warranty against defects. We use three heavy layers of Dupont clear coat on each waterfall, creating a high gloss finish. Quality and paint match guaranteed.
This waterfall extension will fit any 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 C6 Corvette Coupe or hardtop, including base, Z06, Grand Sport and ZR1. Will not fit convertible.
THIS is $78. Brand new. I want to know if it can be modified to fit the coupe, WITHOUT spending an additional $400...The RPI design looks good, but I don't have $479....$200 maybe, but not $479. That's why I was asking.....

is there anyway to modify a corvette c6 convertible waterfall to fit a coupe? It's about $400 cheaper.....
Get the one offered by RPI designs and get the cross flag emblem! You will be very satisfied as they match your exterior paint. This is the best mod I have made. It really sets off the interior of the coupe and if GM had any common sense, this would be a standard item. It slips over the raised area just behind your seats. No brainer to slip it on and off and as I mentioned, it really sets off your interior.

I think what it would cost you to modify it to look good and attach, it would end up costing you as much or more than the RPI one and more than likely not look as good as theirs.
If you don't have the money now, then I would save until you do and do it the right way.
Just my 2 cents
