As someone who has spent their life in the car business, and bought thousands of used cars, I can tell you if there is one thing that seems hoaky about a car, then walk away from it and don't look back.
You can always tell a nice car. I have also found that you can never spend too much on a nice one. They are worth it.

Typical car report, it was bought in the US from a Canadian that wanted a great deal and then he sold it and someone else bought it. Nothing weird there.
I'll have to see what the red looks like in person If the dealer will go down to $31k and if I get 27k for my trade in (Lexus appraised at 28k), then it would work out the same as me paying 27k south of the border.
There is another with 21k miles (34,000 km) around the same price and with HUD.
I wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole. It's had to much going on. Why all the owners?

Again, been buying Vettes like this a lot, nothing weird at all. This is quite COMMON.
The important thing is the last owner, had it a while and put some good miles on it. Get a VIS report, that will help you a bit.
...Isn't this report saying a Kia dealer sold it first?
After a quick web search, it looks like the selling dealer group included Kia, Chevy, and a few other makes. A GMVIS will tell you the selling dealer, I think. That would clear this part up.
Agree with Racer...multiple owners on a 6 year old C6 is no shock.
Glad to see so many responses! Leaves me on the fence though about it still.
Perhaps if the dealers are all part of the same group, it was merely a tactic to transfer the car while inflating sales figures? I'm not 100% sure how it works, but it certainly doesn't make sense that independent dealers would be selling / purchasing this car 3 times in the first 2 months of it's existence lol...
Looks like it only had 2 'real' owners who actually drove the car.

They're not. Patrick has Kia, Buick and GMC and a separate Chev. dealer. Heritage is so far an indie dealer as part of Carter Myers Automotive.
I do think sometimes a car is moved around because it gets stale sitting on one lot unsold. Dealers trade or sell cars to each other all the time.

The mileage you are worried about is just the difference between KM being reported in Canada and Miles in the US.
I figured that's what you meant by it "Looked cleaned" through Quebec sorry.
no need to be sorry! I had thought maybe something to do with the title, but then I had realized that any title issues would have probably shown up on the carfax report prior to importing into Quebec. It was just a strange looking report to me - no real action other than changing hands 3 times in the first 4 months.
I wouldn't buy it after one of those little beady eyed Canadiennes drove it. Probably smells like poutine inside, driven in all sort of salt. Probably has mud flaps as well.
