Issue the outside temp reading
The temp reading on the screen below the radio is stuck at 75 degrees, no matter what the outside temp is. I have a 2005 C6 base. Anyone have any idea why it's frozen at 75?

Either the sensor is failed, broken or isn't making good connection with the harness. Sensor is located low on passenger side behind the front bumper.

Bill nailed it, its a default value for 'i cant get a signal'.
you can try this........
Value is reset when... the Front Defrost, Rear Defog and fan up buttons are pressed simultaneously.
(but of course , if its unplugged , reset wont help)

Have you given it time to change? It is designed to lag temperature changes and not be real time when you start the car.

Thanks for the info. Must be the sensor. I had the bumper off for painting. Body shop must have not re attached the sensor. Will try the button reset first

If you had the bumper off, that certainly explains it.
