Default Black Book codes

I've just begun seriously researching in preparation to buy a C6 (probably a 2012 or 2013) in 2014 (my first). I don't want anything with custom add-ons, I just want what the factory put out. So I'm looking through the Black Book and I have a question about the options. The 2LT RPO indicates some options that I want, but the 3LT has some additional options that I want as well but it doesn't mention the ones in the 2LT. Does the 3LT have all the options included with the 2LT?

absolutely, but just an observation i made. It seems MANY 2012's and '13's are base 1lt's or 2lt's. I've noticed there are very few 3lt's, so it may be hard to find a 3lt next year in your specific color or interior color combination......

Yes, 2LTs have all the options that the 1LT had. 3LTs have all the options that the 2LT had. And 4LTs have all the options the 3LTs had.

However, be aware those option packages vary from model year to model year and from model to model.

Thanks for the info. All of these nuances are why I'm giving myself at least a year to research and determine what I want.

i'm pretty sure you already know about this , but in case you dont, here is a fun way to see options and the different LT's at the same time.

click CARS at top
click corvette
select model (before clicking on build)
click on build
click on 'compare trims side by side'
click on 'choose a trim' you can select 3lt (or 1st to 2 , 2nd to 3, 3rd to 4)
