I have the Nav system in my '07 and it has the single CD slot behind the screen, but I also have the 6-disk remote unit. I has been fine up until the other day when I was playing it and all of a sudden it stopped and the screen had a message that said No CD found. I took the CD case out and removed the CD's and replaced them, but I still get the same message. The single dish play in the head unit plays fine. Any ideas where i need to check.

Is it fused ? if so check the power supply to the changer, also why your looking around check any & all wire connections, maybe something has come loose or disconnected, be it at the changer or under the dash behind the radio/nav. and as you probably don't want to hear it's always possible the changer just broke/died. Good luck

I did check the connection at the unit and it was OK. I will have to check a little more, but when I reinserted the cartridge that holds the CD's I heard it run and it sound like it was checking each disk to verify there was one in each slot.
Well power is not the problem, maybe the actual wire link from the changer to the main radio system ? take a close look at the plugin connections, might be difficult behind the radio end, but that's about all you can do at this point, still possible something "inside" of changer is causing the problem.
