Did mine in Alcantara. I like it and I get a lot of compliments on my interior.

I’m going to wrap my console but I’m not sure how to remove the following switches and trim parts. Hazard switch, traction control switch, and the trim pieces that go around the shifter and cup holders.

Did mine over 4 years ago, took like 2 hrs. It's not perfect if you're inspecting it (airbubble above the hazard button), but for first attempt it's about 95%.

I did mine, but my 2012 bezel is a little different than yours. The buttons just twist/pop out (take a little force) the trim pieces around the cup holders should have some small additional screws that need to be taken out then they should pop off as well.

How did you do this? Was it a precut piece, or did you do it all yourself?

Any instructions on removal?
I’d like to paint mine to match the body color.
Thanks

I did mine this spring. You will need a lot of patience and don’t hurry. The dash pieces were a pita.

If you want to throw your console across the room a couple of time I recommend wrapping it lol. Took me about three attempts to get it perfect, you might also want to have another set of hands to help as it is an odd shaped piece.

Has anyone ever painted the console? If so, what kind of paint would you recommend? Would you need some kind of clear coat or finish?

Yea it came back after finally completing it, and then I started wrapping the other silver accent pieces.

I'm having a local shop hydro dip a ZR1 style spoiler, & while at it have them do the console as one shot... will let you know how they turn out & the price...
