no test or exams. I couldn't find any wheels with a red stripe in my size wheel so I went to a guy I know that does a lot of graphic art stuff and had him do the design, lay it out a cut it for me. He charged 60.00 bucks. Suits my purpose for the time being, looks good at 75 mph as well.

I generally don't like black/dark wheels but the red stripe makes them look really good.
