Water Marks

When i bought my car I noticed water marks on the car. i have a black vette that shows everything (I don't have to tell you guys with the black cars). What do you suggest I use to remove the water marks?

Now if they are already etched into the paint a buffer and polish.

A clay bar may lift the hard water spots off too, then a polish and wax.

50/50 white vinegar and water rub, spots with micro fiber towel, the re-wax.

These two things. You may need to let the 50/50 water/vinegar solution dwell a little on the paint to break up the hard water, but don't let it dry. Hopefully the spots aren't etched into the paint. Get as much off as you can with 50/50 solution. Be patient, work on a panel at a time. Don't try to do the whole car at once. Wash, clay, polish and wax.
