Seriously?

The wiper stalk is on the right side of the steering column. Flick it like you would the turn signals. Why are you driving in the rain? Your Vette will melt.

If you are serious, the wiper controls are stalk mounted off your steering column - rotate end switch for on speeds - rotate inner collar switch for intermittent settings . . .

Interestingly, the Intermittant function of the wipers is speed-sensitive.

Constant Low speed always seems the same.
Constant High speed always seems the same.

Intermittant speed (adjusted with the ring on the stalk) will vary depending on how fast you are driving. One of my intermittant speeds will wait 5 seconds between swipes when I'm stopped at a light, but only waits one second between swipes at 55 mph.

I am almost positive it's somewhere in the Owner's Manual if none of the above works..

Thanks for all of your help. Still couldn't figure it out sooo...We ended up screwing and duct taping a pulley system on each A pillar, cut my belt from my pants to fit the windshield, attached a long kite string to it, ran it inside of the cabin. Then my wife would pull the string one way then I would pull it the other. Btw...works like a charm. GM ARE YOU LISTENING???

So, your wipers are broken. Time for a new car.
