Dash lights-is the "reset" button
lit at night?
It's the only one out, don't know if those have individual bulbs in them.
Thanks.

Each button has it's own little lamp.
Unfortunately they aren't really designed to be individually replaced.
But, if you're handy with a soldering iron, you can install new LED's.
The "standard' approach is to wait until several of them are out and then replace the switch cluster.
Relatively easy DIY swap and not too expensive.

thanks for the reply.
Is the right pod removable without taking the whole DIC out?
The OEM is the light bulbs or LED's ?

The entire dash/guage/switch surround snaps off in one piece.
There's one connector for the switches and is a major PITA to get off, so most just remove the entire switch assembly, 3 screws, and a new one is less than $50, IIRC.

I believe it is a small bulb, not an LED

That's my understanding too.
Especially given the number of reported failures.
The member that posted his DIY bulb replacement used Radio Shack LED's. I think that's all he could find that were small enough to fit.

If they were LEDs, we would never hear of failures.

Thanks.
I'm experiencing the same thing as the OP. Also, the buttons are showing some wear on them from the previous owner. I used the search feature but couldn't find instructions on how to change the whole switch assembly.
Anybody have any instructions for DIY switch replacement?
