Default Window height and angle adjustment

Note: This is not an indexing issue. I have tried this, including disconnecting the battery. This is an issue of the indexed height being about 2mm too low.

I am trying to find complete instructions on the actual adjustment of the window height. The manual references the old C5 adjustment instructions of removing plugs underneath the door, which don't really apply.
So I am trying to find out whether I will need to remove the door panel, and if I do, which things need to be adjusted to raise the height.

Thank you

I believe you manually raise the window to the top and keep pressing the up button for about 5 seconds and that will fix it.

I believe you're referring to indexing. Which I already tried.
Thanks.

Could this be an issue with the window regulator? That is one damn expensive part by the way. I have had window height issues on my 08.

I would try indexing a few times before taking the door apart.

I had a similar problem with the window when down being too high. Part of the window was sticking up above the rubber trim and I was afraid if the edge was hit with something it would shatter the window.

My fix was to index to the down position several times until I was satisfied with the placement. It worked.

If it were that simple, I would have it fixed. It's a height issue.
