My 2005 vert is 100% stock with the 1sb package. Will adding things like aftermarket nav or hoops behind the seats or anything else take away from the value?
Probably so. It holds especially true with anything that is obviously aftermarket. Mods that have a factory look are IMO less likely to take away from the car's value.

IMHO...it will take sooo long before it makes a difference...do what you wanna do. Mod it...rod it...enjoy it.

completely. That it could hurt resale value isn't a good reason to not mod your car to your liking. Set up your car how you want it, not how some future owner might want it.
