Hood alignment
I noticed today that my hood on my 05 shifted a little right,I have about
an 1/8" wider gap from hood to left fender than the right one. How do I get these
gaps the same distance from each fender?
By the way..the gap is the same width all the way down each fender.

Try to adjust the fender first as stated. If you are still not satisfied you can adjust the hood by loosing the four bolts that attach the hinge to the front frame rail and by trial and error adjust the hood. This can take considerable time to get it right. If all fails you can take it to a body shop that is familiar with the C-6 corvette and pay them to do it.

You might also check it in a cool garage and then in bright sunlight after 30 minutes.
When I was looking at two identical 2009's, trying to decide which to buy, the hour they spent in the sun made some to the gaps and joints change noticeably.
