Default Radiator Cap?

Guess I am losing it in my old age. Thought I would check coolant and tried to remove the cap on the surge tank. Engine cold as a cucumber. Turned it about a 1/4 turn CCW and it loosened up but did not lift off. If I turn CCW any farther it seems to tighten back up. I was afraid to force it before I checked in here. Darn plastic parts can be fragile.
I know this is a silly question but I would rather be safe than sorry.

Marc, Thanks for the reply. I finally got it off. Guess I am too Old School and used to 1/2 turn to remove one of those. It sure was a tight fit. Just did not want to muck it up!
