I just had my local mechanic do a state inspection on my 2010 GS. He said he could not find the sticker under the hood that details what emission equipment is on a car. He said it was a federal requirement. I tried to google the location of it but had no luck. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks

On the Underside of the hood on the PASSENGER'S side.
Same here. I get a NYS inspection every year - never a problem.

There was no problem getting an inspection, he just had to look up on the computer the info that should be on the sticker. He said that some mechanics might assume the car has had front end damage as the sticker is normally inside the front fender or on the underside of the hood.
