Dumb Question
Have torn down many an old-style smallblock for years, but not the LS series. How do you remove the plastic covers that are on everything? Do they just snap on and off? Don't see any fasteners plainly visible. I have an '11 GS.

On my LS3, yes. Driver side is easier if you use a small special fuel line tool to break the fuel line connector which avoids possibly damaging the cover trying to bend the plastic and snake it through the break in the cover.
