seat back snaps back

the seat back on my driver's seat seems to not like me, every once in awhile if I brake hard or get in hard the seat back snaps back one position, the dealer could not reproduce it and I want it fixed, any ideas?

Now, I adjust the angle as needed and then wiggle it a little. When I get out of the car, I tilt the seat back forward and then return it to the driving position. That seems to have solved the problem, but I've never seen one taken apart and can't really explain what is happening.
