what spoiler do you recommend?
Sounds good...i'll go with ZR1...what color is your car? is your spoiler same color as the car? I'm thinking of doing black spoiler on a red car.

It is totally up to you as it is your car, but I had a Torch Red C5 and added a full spoiler on the back, but had it painted to match. If you don't want a color match, look into a carbon fiber or the hydrocarbon. In my opinion they will look better then just a plan black spoiler.

While we're on it, how about some pics of full length spoilers. TIA.
I think the spoiler should be painted to match your car
Blends in, looks like it is part of the car without being outlandish. Classy
I bought a full width spoiler, painted and shipped for less than $250.

Looks great and it's a GM part.

Be careful when you purchase an aftermarket ZR1 spoiler.
Many of the aftermarket spoilers are made of a rubbery material called Polyurethane. Because of it's elasticity, after time, you will start to see dimples in the top of the spoiler above where the mount bolts are. Even if you don't overtighten the mount bolts, sooner or later you will still see dimples form.
Another problem that I know of ... The largest vendor of these ZR1 polyurethane spoilers sold here on the CorvetteForum manufactures them with a very narrow piece of material below the center mounted brake light. This section of polyurethane material is narrower than the OEM ZR1 spoiler. Sooner or later, this area will start to warp, and it won't look good at all.
My suggestion is to purchase an OEM (GM) ZR1 spoiler that is made of a hard plastic material ... you wont get the dimples, and the area below the center mounted brake light is thicker / wider than the aftermarket ZR1 spoilers, so it warp.
Just my opinion from past experience ... I have had 2 of these aftermarket spoilers. One a free replacement for the 1st one that warped under the brake light. Now that replacement spoiler is getting dimples.
