Had the pleasure of meeting Doug at a Corvette Racing meet and greet on practice day in the Corvette Corral tent at this year's Long Beach Grand Prix. Great guy and big Corvette evangelist. He engaged just about everybody in the room individually in a short conversation and is obviously a great asset for the Corvette Racing program. He was also kind enough to autograph my fuel rail cover along with the Corvette Racing drivers...a treasured souvenir of a great day hanging out with my kid:
