Bluetooth was never a factory option for 2007, wasnt availible until 2009 and is pretty much impossible to retro the factory setup. Aftermarket will be your only option.
Since we are on this topic, how the heck do you set it up in a 2012 Corvette? Is it through the OnStar or the Nav or what and if you terminate OnStar, is Bluetooth screwed?
Sorry for the simplistic questions but I just can't get my head around this and the manual is not very helpful.

You don Not need Onstar active in order to use the Bluetooth.
Here's a link showing how to pair a phone with your Vettes Bluetooth.
If you don't have the factory set-up for bluetooth in your car already, two things to consider: (1) Bluetooth compatible headset; or (2) Bluetooth speaker that hangs on the visor. Both can be found reasonably priced on eBay and both options work pretty well.
Good Luck.
