Use caution if getting some brand other than OEM. There have been a couple posts recently about non OEM sensors being sold as compatible but they weren't. If you want to verify, find out the brand and number and ask back here before buying.
Cheapest place to get them programmed is likely a good tire store like Discount Tire/America's Tire who usually will do it free.
better hope they are GM. dismounting tires 50 times to get it right is a sure way to eff up your rims......it will make gm prices seem real cheap.

If what you get doesn't look exactly like the picture they posted online, I encourage you to post a pic of what you get here along with any ID numbers on it so we can check it for you before you start messing with install.
To be fair, the tire doesn't have to be "removed" from the wheel to install. It "can be" installed by just breaking the bead but it isn't super easy to work that way and a tech may not be aware or may not want to mess with it that way. Discount Tire is usually pretty good about such things though. Just sayin'.
