Mod red interior?
Good afternoon all,
Curious about the production volume of the two-tone red interiors. I'm interested in snatching up a 08+... either black, red, silver, or the cyber grey and I've always been a fan of the mod red interiors but haven't seen hardly any on the market. I'm guessing not many dealers ordered cars optioned this way. Anyways, is there any solid production data out there to shed some light on this? No sense holding out for a car that i'm not going to find.

GM doesn't keep records on how many of a certain color interior that goes into a color of a car.

In 2010, for example, 5% of all cars had the red/ebony interior.

The two tone red/ebony interior is my favorite. It gives the interior contrast. Became bored with the monotone ebony.

Thanks for the info. Looks like it could be a lengthy search... but at least not impossible. I had a C5Z with the mod red and really enjoyed it. I think it's a great way to add a little edge to the base car's overall feel.
