I ask, because I am transforming my interior from a tan/black interior to all black. I found set of black door panels from a 09 in perfect condition for only $200. But I want to make sure they will install correctly before I get them.

They will fit. The only ways the might differ (other than color) are:
- May or may not have Bose-logoed lower speaker grills
- May or may not have memory seat buttons
