Default My new (used) C6

Just picked it up yesterday. Bought it from CarMax and they had to transfer it from TN to my location here in Houston, TX. Took 10 days to come in, much better than 21 days which they originally stated.

It's a 2008 JSB Z51, 3LT, Nav, & NPP with 31K miles. Paint is near perfect and it has the clear bra installed on the front. I feel like I got a great deal on it considering how picky I was. Had all the options and the color was right along with the interior color (wasn't fond of all black). This has been my dream car and goal for a while and I'm glad I was patient and found one that was exactly what I wanted.

Overall, the CarMax experience was great except I have one complaint. Before I arrived to take a look at the car after it arrived in Houston, they drilled four holes in the front bumper to mount the front license plate bracket. This bothered me but nothing I could do at that point.

I have one question though regarding the Nav audio system. I changed the sound settings (bass, treble, mids) to my liking but it doesn't save my settings for all stations. Does each station have it's own sound settings, meaning you have to change the sound settings on every station you choose?

Here's the few cell phone pics including a Lotus I was following today. I'll get better pics soon. My phone is terrible in low light situations, never buy a Droid Razr HD if you want a good camera phone!

Did the Owner's Manual come with the car? If it did, you have some reading to do. If not, you can find it online.

The settings for all the radio presets, each station on each band, is tied to the memory set for each FOB. If you don't save what you set, then next time you start the car it all reverts to factory default or whatever the previous owner may have set.

Oh ok, that makes sense. Still kinda odd though. So if I understand correctly, each station has it's own sound settings?

It does have the manual which Ill brush up on soon. It's my third Vette but first C6, so a few things are new to me.

Shame about the bumper being drilled. They usually just use sticky pads.
