2021 C6 of the Year Finalist - Modified
I personally like the C7 a lot except for all that black on the rear (just don't look right to me).
Paint some flat black over that chrome bar in the nose, and the front of the car would look fantastic.
I personally like the small rear quarter windows.
I'm still not trading in my 2011 GS for a C7 though.

I'm sure the C7 will grow on my just like other cars have done (MB changed its body lines a few years ago and I went thru denial and now acceptance), but right now it does not appeal that much to me. I believe the C6 is more appealing.

Not to get off the beaten path, but that's one of the reasons I got off the Benz, I didn't like where they were going style wise. I'm not sure I will get use to the C7 either, but on the other hand I'm very happy with the '427'.

The 427 has a nice ring to it. I jumped on the GS when it came out in 2010. It had the widebody, removeable roof and auto tranny, which were my 'must haves'.

the C7 backend is so, so much better than the C6. the added degree of angularity is perfect. however, the side profile is a bit much like the Cadillac XLR crossed with a camaro.
having said that, I am still buying an c6 08 z06 until i can step up to a ZR1.

A quick question to the OP. Do you consider yourself lucky or unlucky that you appear to be parked by the outhouse.
Lucky I guess. I happened to be there when they unloaded the last C7 off the tractor trailer. Two blue C7's (pace cars) and one yellow C7 along with two blue cameros. Had to park next to the C7 for the chance to snap some pics. I could always try figure out how to photo shop and add some women.......but then no one would look at the vettes.

I may upgrade to C7 Z06 in two years. "Living the American Dream in Europe"
Thanks for posting nice to compare the C6 models to the only C7 model. Guess the Z guys (Z06 and ZR1) will have to wait for the C7.R's to get an idea what the body will look like with a wide booty and tires.

There is a video of the C7R (in camo) running around Laguna Seca for a couple of laps at the events in Monterey last weekend.

Finalist 2020 C7 of the Year -- Unmodified
In the first frontal picture I actually think that the C7 looks better but I can not get used to the coupes back end and square back window . The C7 VERT to me looks awesome probably beacause it looks more like a C6 than the coupe does JMHO!!!11
