So here's a question for the purists....does the emblem celebrate the history of the Corvette for sixty years or the 2013 car itself? Could someone use those on another year other than a 2013 without being called a poser????

Good Lord Randy, and I thought you were an American.

Well you could put the 100th decal along with the 60th badge and then you could celebrate both events.
Well, that's kinda my point. The 100th doesn't haven't anything specific to do with the Corvette itself.
Not that the 2013 is anything more special the your 2011, I just put it on my 2013 because the car was a present to myself since I turned 60 years old. Also I liked the 60th badge.

I would think the 2013 Corvette itself....being 2013 is the 60th anniversary of the Corvette.
With that said, the fender emblems (I installed) are exclusive on the 427 Convertible 60th Anniversary option pkg. (Artic White and Blue interior)
and are not on any other. The 60th center wheel caps are on all models of the Corvette with the 60th Anniversary option.
All '13 Corvettes do have that logo of that fender emblem on the door sill plates and instrument cluster. They also come with the "60 years" nose, waterfall and rear crossed flag emblems.

The wheel centre caps were the first things I changed when I got the car home from BG.

They look great on your wheels! I remember your post on that. That is where I got the idea of changing mine out. BTW...I used a tiny flat screw driver with masking tape to pry the original caps off, as you did. Good advice.. it worked like a charm!
