Default Because Corvette!
So I left my deployed site yesterday. As I was sitting in our little waiting area, waiting to catch a ride out to the airstrip, I noticed a gentleman looking at me really intently. On most days I'd ask that person wtf their problem was. However on this particular day, I was stepping off to go home so I was exceptionally happy. He pointed to my chest (where I happen to rock my Corvette patch) and said you have one too?
What a highlight to my last day! Got to sit and talk Corvettes with someone for the first time since I left the states. Come to find out, he's got a Centennial Edition C6, just as black and sexy as mine. Great taste sir!

I rocked that patch all over Afghanistan

One of the vendors on Bagram made it for me. Just took them a picture of some C6 flags and asked them to put it on multicam with a velcro back.

Someone could make some serious money if they would produce this patch ... I among others would certainly like to have one.
Maybe one of the Veteran groups could pursue as a money maker for one of their great programs?
