if you have a volt meter, measure the voltage across the battery terminals or better yet, from the positive post to the engine. You should have 12+ volts. depending on your issue, when you try to start the car, the voltage should not drop below 10 or so. if it does, you have a dead cell in the battery. Replace it.
If its an '05 like mine could be the dreaded steering lock not disengaging.. just did the bypass on mine after only owning the car for 3 weeks.. try just disconnecting the battery and then reconnect after a minute or so and if it then starts with no issue.. that may be your culprit.

Not trying to be poopy but you, sir/madam, are beyond help...or just plain helpless. Doesn't start...hmmm...ya forgot the fob, the battery is dead, there is no gas in the tank/being pumped???
C'mon. Ya want help? Give some info.
In post #5 the OP says "Thanks R&L, "how do I do that?"
How do you interpret that differently? I'll be happy to apologize if I'm in error, but I don't see any other interpretation.
Try to respond without a nasty attitude.
In post 2 R&L states "Will it turn over? If not I would start with the battery."
In post #5 the OP says "Thanks R&L, "how do I do that?"
I believe he meant how do I start with the battery.
No big deal by anyone..

Thanks, but I guess I need some more sleep, or something.
Unfortunately, I am still at a loss to understand.
Seems to me, whether the OP was responding to "will it turn over?", or "I'd start with the battery", his response of "how do I do that?" is ridiculous.
How does anyone with driving experience, not know what "does it turn over?", or "I'd start with the battery", means?
