I bought a set of reverse LEDs from an
on site vendor. Got 'em installed ok.
No light.
Did reverse pole switch several times, put the old
bulbs back in and they did not light either. Checked
the fuse, looks ok. Contacted the vendor and awaiting
response.
I will get a new fuse, anyway today.
Any suggestions?

Do the brake lights work? Power for the backup lights goes through the same fuse as the brake lights. If that fuse is OK then power goes from there to another 10A fuse and relay that finally supply power to the backups. Problem is that fuse and relay are in the BCM. That's going to be expensive. Good luck.
are you pressing the buttons on the FOB or actually putting the car in reverse?
I put the car in reverse, with ebrake on.
And FOB. Thanks.

I will recheck the brake light function.
Will see about another fuse. The car is in warranty
so not too worried.
This just happened to me but on my LED license plate lights.
I noticed one side was blinking. So I took the housing down and when I was playing with the bulb - moving it in and out of the socket - all my tail lights/parking lights and the other side license plate light went dark!
Not happy since I was about to go somewhere.
How I could have blown a fuse seems far fetched.
Yeah its a beautiful thing. Mainly, the LEDs have worked
for me in all my cars. I must have deleted the email
with my order number and now they say I am on my
own unless I can find the order number. When I go
on their site, my online account has no Order
number, just an item number. I used Paypal, so you would
think they could verify through that route. Fine.
I'll eat it, no big deal. Its tough though when you have guys
like the ones at RPI who jump to help. Such is life.
Now I'm mad at myself because I can't find my box of spare fuses I bought while on my out West trip. Heck it took me 30 minutes to find the bag of old bulbs I had taken out.
My memory isn't what it used to be.
