Ready to pull plug on a one FL owner 09 JSB/black int, auto, 9600mi, 2lt, Z51, NPP, solid top, std wheels. Dealer has it CPO price $35,900.
Vette does not have a scratch on the exterior 9.5 out of 10 and only 2 small scrape marks on the drivers side seat where you get in and out, other than that interior is immaculate. This will not be around long they just got it in.
Vette was owned by a retired army guy as his toy. He traded this and a 2012 HD tri-glide for a new 2014 vette 3lt color black.
Dealership is very good, I have dealt with them before.
I think it is worth about $33,000 maybe a little more, what do you guys/gals think.
Also, any thing I should be aware of with the 09?
My last vette was an 88 vert and after test driving this baby it is light years ahead of my 88, an unbelievable ride.
The car is immaculate, low mileage, so for a 4 going on 5 year old car,
33K would probably be top $$ for the year.
Again, it's up to you. If you like the color, options etc, then you may not find another quite as good.
Should be no issues on the 09. Check for the Harmonic balancer wobble. Other than that, not much else.
Get rid of the GY F1 Supercar tires ASAP. They will make your Z51 ride like an old buckboard compared to other tires.
Good Luck
36k is too much and as Lv says, its probably gonna need tires. Check those from 2009-2012 on auto trader and carmaxx. If nothing else, get another year on the drivetrain warranty. However if that car has your name on it
I say if you feel comfortable with the deal then do it. Everyone is going to tell you how much less it should be.
As you said 33-34k feels good, do it.

Everyone on here will tell you it is too much because they think if someone else is selling a used C6 it is worth $25,000. But if they are selling their own car its worth exactly what they paid when they bought it.
If you like it buy it! I went from an 88 to a C6 and you will not believe the difference!
These Z51's come from the factory with alignment set-up for responsive track handling, but these settings eat up your front tires. I would recommend getting the alignment adjusted to a more neutral street set-up, if it hasn't been modified yet. Most Corvette mechanics know exactly what I'm referring to.
I have a black Z51 with the NPP and love it. The right price is what it is worth to you.
OK, did a search on the Harmonic Balancer(damper), I see it is just a continuation of many years of this GM problem they won't address properly. What else is new.
It sounds like it should be a nice car. If it's what you want and you are okay with the price then I think you'll happy with it. Respect the power and you'll have a blast with it. Oh......about the tires....previous post hit that one right.

THANKS in advance for any feedback.
I think $35k would be a good and fair deal on that car. $33k is very low, I doubt they'll sell it that cheap.
I love Z51, I don't think I'd buy a Corvette without it.

Sounds like it's what you want and the price isn't too bad. Do it! I would.

That color is officially called:
"Wash Me Every Day Black"
But if it's the car you want, get the best price you can and don't look back.
Can you get it as a Certified Pre Owned car, with some kind of warranty? Or buy a GMPP extended warranty at the time of sale (in Florida, bend over)?
To me, numbers are all relative. If you haven't found another one with the equipment you like in a color you like with the mileage you like for less (if at all) then the price is whatever you can get accepted. Try what you want but don't play hardball, leave and think you will get begged to buy. To a dealer, a buyer in hand is worth two in the great unknown. Ask for your price and see if they'll split the difference.
