Headlight lens replacement
Has anyone replaced their headlight lenses on their C6 Vette? What is the best way to do it? My headlights are looking terrible. They are cracking and hazing from inside.

How capable are you? It isn't easy. Just getting the units out of the car is a pain then separating the lenses is another battle then getting the new ones properly sealed is another. There are a few DIY's around here.
Most just send them out to be done. We have a couple vendors for that.

If it were me? And my headlight lens were as you described....I'd go to a paint shop and see if they could tint or paint my headlights black.
Many say they will crack but since yours already are...might be worth a shot?
I've seen c6 s locally running with black headlight lens and it really looks awesome.

Do a search on here "lens" "Lenses" "headlights", etc... There is a lot of member provided info from those that have did the job. Most with resounding success while others had a hard time for whatever reason.

a weekend of work at least, incl breakes for food, drink, waiting, curing, etc, etc,
do prepare all needed stuff ahead!

a quick before/after pic, the difference is way more visible in real life than on a picture.
well worth the effort in my view.
got my lenses from rlsebring, excellent support by quick email answers.
I replaced the fog lights too (new ones) and added xpel to all installed by a local pro.
