I say YES.
The side scoops behind the door aren't real.
The Stingray logo is missing (although it could have been removed by hand)
The spoiler on the back looks like it has "sides" to it and I think the OEM one is flush to the corner.
The hood doesn't come painted all the way to the windshield. (no hood stripe)
The car doesn't come with side skirts.
The lip spoiler looks smooth across and not "notchy" like OEM.

You can't really tell whether these are Photochop changes or real custom changes though...

Nice find - definitely a photoshop. Also looks like the guy added MGG37 text as his signature on the back wall above the red cabinets.

Looks like someone's attempt to make a wide body or Z06-style C7. I know it is fake, but I think it looks better than the real C7.

This could be real. I know LG is still working on prototype parts for the C7. I did get to see there C7 with there carbon fiber front spoiler and side skirts. This could be someone prototype parts.
