Full Width Spoiler
I'm getting ready to order a Full Width Spoiler from GMpartsdirect. Anybody have any problems with the spoiler? Any tidbits of info to share regarding installation?
Thanks in advance

I installed mine a few months ago. It came pre painted and with a template. Installation is easy and straight forward. There is a forum member here who posted an install vid on YouTube (a ZR1 style) that illistrates the process well...but I don't recall his name. Search YouTube. He installs a carbon fiber wrapped ZR1 spoiler on a yellow Vette. Anyway, the full width spoiler looks great and you wont regret getting it.

Save time and money. A prepainted one from RPI matches perfectly and is easy to install.

Wanted to order one for the wife's Vette and no one has one pre-painted Arctic White! Why is that? Had to order a primed one...

Some colors are more difficult to match, so suppliers may be reluctant to sell pre-painted spoilers in certain colors.
If you have it painted locally, you have the option of rejecting a poor match without the shipping hassle/etc. when dealing with an on-line vendor.
But........my VR spoiler from RPI matched perfectly. Installation was a breeze.

Thanks a lot, **** Jockey..that was my eventual conclusion...just my luck. Now i'll pay out of the anus for paint and installation but at least i got it for just over $200 with free expedited shipping. Anything for the wife, eh?

I notice some cars pictured are Grand Sports. Does the full width spoiler fit all models or do you have to buy one specifically for the GS?
