Front Zo6 Conversion
When doing a Z06 wide Body Front on a Base C6 there is a space left in the fender liner . There has been articles on using a reinforced rubber strip to fill that space, has anyone made a pattern for this strip. And what are the reinforced rubber specs for making the filler strips ?? Thanks

You can buy fiberglass fender liner extensions that glue in for $100 for the pair from SS-Vettes, and they are a perfect fit.
They also make a wide fiberglass fender liner that is much cheaper than OEM.
I know this doesn't answer your question but, IMHO it's a better option.

I bought the inner fenders from SS-Vette
You can see them glued on in the below pics

Here's the other option.
Added some epoxy to the top join so I could cut off the fender edges (hidden) so the wider tires wouldn't rub.
I got the fender wheel wells as well but ended up selling them.

I know Corvette Recycling makes a kit for around $100 as well. It finishes everything off nicely.
