Wet sump, Dry sump??

My wet sump 13 GS A6 on average runs ~200F in moderate temps.

When I had my 07 Z06, it would run ~149F. (Too Cold)

2013 GS vert with the wet sump….runs about 210-220 at freeway speeds, even with cooler fall weather. Saw temps as high as 235-240 this summer. From reading on this forum, the coupes with the dry sump run cooler.

Much below 170-180 is too cool and the track guys say there isn't too much of a heat issue until oil gets close to 280-300. Of course, they change it out after each track day.

On my 2008 LS3, on summer days driving at highway speeds, my oil temp will run between 210 and 220, coolant temp 201 - 205.

Same with our 2009 LS3, except coolant 195-200 on the highway.
