Had a problem with a ZR1 Spoiler I bought from RPI. Called them by phone and got a call back from Don at customer service. Told him my problem and stated that I'd send him pictures of my problem. Within24 hrs. he had discussed my problem with Josh and sent me an instruction sheet that was not with my original instructions. Impressed with the timely and professional way they handled my problem especially over the Holiday week. Good Vendor ..Will gladly do business with them again.......

Josh and his crew are great to work with and will see to making things right. I order an SLP spoiler for my C5 a few years back and it did not come with instructions. I called and within 10 minutes I received an e-mail with the instructions attached. I plan to order a ZR1 style spoiler for my C6 from them.

Had similar experience with RPI. They were impressive in handling the problem. They went beyond what was needed or required. Thanks RPI!!!

Good to hear. I bought a lot of underhood pieces and the brake res. cover does not fit. The hole is not in the right place. I'm getting ready to contact Josh with a picture. Should be an easy fix.

They are great to work with.

I was looking for a cover for the brake res and booster but no one made one. Josh said he would design one for me. Well he did and he sent it to Steve Ray for some airbrush art. Now they sell this part.
But I have the first one.

I was impressed with their pieces also. I'll post some pictures when I get it all together. I added some more emblem tape to a couple pieces but that's it.

Ditto on the props for Josh. Got my CF splitter, CF side skirts and diffuser for my triple black 2013 Grand Sport Coupe.
