Gosh, I should remember this. One side has a tab that locks under the arm rest. The other side has a clip. You pry up on the clip side. If I remember, the clip is in the back and you want to pry up on the rear. Careful the clip does not fly off and drop down into the door. Ask me how I know it tends to do that!

The OP asked about the passenger side window switch bezel. It can be easily removed by gently prying it up. There are some tabs on the bezel that hold it in place. The driver side window switch bezel can also be removed by gentle upward persuation.
There is not alot of extra wiring harness but enough to allow change out of the switch.
Same applies door button opening bezels. They can be removed and buttons changed out with out removing door pannels.

this happened to me and still haven't got the switch panel removed.
how the heck does this thing come out and what did you do to retrieve the clip?
