Front Valance damaged
I know I am not the only Grand Sport owner that has damaged the front valance (aka splitter) on his/her car. But that is what has happened due to the low ground clearance and my driveway (bad).
Just a FYI to other members that may need to replace theirs.
Shopped the internet and the Forum vender GM Parts House was the best price, but the part is still a lot of money in my estimation (Corvette tax?). Other sources wanted $300 +/-. Thank you Corvette Forum. But could not find a current discount code to help with cost.
Item: body hardware, front bumper, bumper & components, valance panel Z06, ZR1, 427 & GRAND SPORT, Z06 & Grand Sport
Price: $218.84. Shipping was an added $23.63.
Just saying this sucks, but at least I can replace it.
