Do you mean you replaced the original regulator twice and the window still won't go up and down? If so, something else is wrong - does the other door's window work OK?

you need to make sure you are getting 12 volts at the motor when you hit the switch. this can be done with a multimeter. but from my experience you may just need a window switch. you can pull the harness off of the switch and jump the leads and see if it works. if this is over your head you may want to consult with someone versed in electronics. it is actually a very simple process

window not working
I was going crazy trying to figure it out. It turns out my battery was not fully charged, I disconnected the battery reconnected it closed the door and the window is working now. Thanks
