Trying to install image door lights, how does the door panel pop off????????

 

Do a search, about a year ago a guy had a complete set of photos showing how to remove the panels!!!!

 

I did the search cant find it

There's a notch under the door panel. If you get down on your knees and look at the bottom of the door you'll see it. Get yourself a plastic tool, I used a plastic putty knife, and pry it away from the door frame right where the notch is. Don't be afraid to give it a good pull. The sound is a little unnerving, but don't get scared, you won't break anything. Once you have all the plastic tabs pulled out of the doorframe lift the bottom of the panel out toward you and the 4 metal hooks at the base of the window will be able to be lift upward. Reinstalling is a little trickier. I put all the plastic tabs back in and looped nylon rope under each of the 4 metal hooks near the top of the window opening and pulled up until the metal hook latched over the top of the door frame. Push in on the door panel as you pull up on the nylon rope. After the metal hooks are attached, just cut the rope and pull it out from under the hooks. Easy.
