Camera mount
For those of you with front/rear cameras mounted on your 'Vette, where do you have them placed? How noticeable are they when looking at the car? Please share any images of the mount you may have as I would like to get an idea of where people have them installed.

Oh sorry, no I am asking where people have the back-up and front curb camera on the exterior of their vehicle. I am looking at having a double dinn stereo installed and curious about how obtrusive a camera would be on the exterior of the vehicle.

Hey DezVette. I will take a pic of the camera on my Vette when I get a chance and post it for you.
I know they make one that has the camera integrated in the frame that I would have preferred but I have one of the larger frames and wanted to keep it so we mounted the camera just above.

For rear back up there are a few threads that can help.

I have a backup camera that was installed by Double D when they put my Kenwood in. It's a small "button" just above the license plate. It's not obtrusive, and the only problem is that it gets dirty since that area of the car sucks in grime if you're driving in wet weather. Easy to wipe the gunk off though.
And like Dana, I have a dash cam. It's a low-end thing, and stuck on the windshield with a suction cup mount next to the rearview mirror. Keeps falling off though.

This is the frame I wanted but wanted to keep my current frame so went with the top mount.
Since I am a bit OCD. I really don't like the fact that I can't center the camera due to the key hole. No one has noticed it on the car but it's enough that I know it's there. Once I get a few of my other MODs done, I will probably work on getting the set up I want.
