Hello
I am in the process of purchasing an installing mud flaps on my 2013 Torch Red C6 Coupe. I would prefer not to have to drill anything. I also prefer the flatter ones that barely stick out past fender. Can anyone suggest a brand and maybe send a pic or two if you have them on your car. They all look great in the vendor ads!!
Thanks, I appreciate it
Steve
I have Apsis on mine but you have to drill. I don't know if your going to find any that you won't need to drill. I am sure some of the other guys will chime in.

can you install them w/o taking wheels off? if I must drill I will.
I bought four mud flaps from a forum vendor in 2006. I can't remember his name, but I think it was a small one-man operation. The fellow ran into some problem with GM regarding logos (on other products of his) and I'm not sure he still does business.
Nevertheless, the front flaps screwed on just by taking the existing screws under the wheel well out and replacing them with the flaps, and the rear ones simply clipped on with metal clips that wouldn't impact the painted edge of the rear well.
Anyway, if he designed them in this way I wouldn't be surprised if others have too -- unless the construction in the wheel well has changed on newer cars.
The flaps are still there going strong. I've always wondered if my effort to prevent gravel abrasion to the paint by using the flaps has done any good. I guess the only way to know would be to remove them and see . . . not a high-return test I suppose.

Perhaps what you are looking for are GM splash guards p/n 19170234 and can be found at many vendors on the forum. Got mine from GMPARTSHOUSE...they have them for $89/set of four.
Easy install.

Get the standard GM part. They're the best and cheapest.

GM are the best looking because they look like they belong on the car, and the easiest to install. But you do have to remove the rear wheels to drill the wheel well.

Like stated above, go with GM. You do have to remove the rear wheels and also drill. You are drilling into the fender plastic liner not the rear quarter panel.
The rears must be held in place by hand and used as a guide to mark where the holes should be drilled. I did it several times, and each time the marks were in a slightly different location. Took about five tries before I was satisfied I had the locations right.
Both front and rear also have thin double sided tape to help hold them in place. After cleaning the area, test that masking tape will adhere properly to be sure you have removed all wax and misc crud. If necessary, use a very mild automotive paint polish to remove stubborn wax, then a few quick wipes with alcohol.
Best to do this on a warm day, there is a min temp in the instructions.
