sinister is a nice car!! far from side pipes though. side pipes should be against the law for a C6. WTF?

A couple of years ago LG Motorsports answered a post here on the issue on side exhaust for the C-6. If I remember right Anthony explained how they do it on their race cars. The process explanation was quite complicated but very effective and looked very cool. I think you would be looking at considerable dollars to do this to a street driven C-6.

they look awesome. They are covered on the rocker panel with a heat shield.

sinister and supervettes or ssvettes do more what everyone calls side exit exhaust. that looks great on a c6

the large goofy chrome side pipes on a c6

Side Pipes

I had them on a C3 and besides burning your legs, I would advise you to wear a mask at red lights, the exhaust has a habit of coming right over the door and into the cockpit !
